Hallo,

before 3 Days I installed on my Navigator TomTom3. My GPS Mouse is Royaltek "RGM-2000". After installing TomTom3 I had configured my mouse with a GPS-tool.

Now I have the problem, that I donīt can access on the mouse because if I will send any data to the mouse I receive the Message "still indications are in the buffer".

Today I bought a new GPS Mouse (the same model) and everything functions.

Additionally the mouse is doesnīt send any signal to the pocketpc.

I was looking for a program to reset the GPS mouse, but i donīt find it. Royaltek couldnīt give me any helpfully solution. I will say: I donīt have any access to the mouse.

Can anybody help me? Could it be that I destroyed a kind of "BIOS" (for example)?
