No after sales services. BUYBITS aka AFFORDABLE PC REPAIRS

http://www.affordable-pc-repairs.com/ AKA buybits.com do not seem to provide any aftersales service. I bought a Seidio car mount for my 2210 and both phoned and wrote to Karl (I think he is the owner) about the fact that it gets so hot. It is now 2 weeks + since I first contacted them and no reply !!!

So I am giving a big thumbs down after my earlier positive comments about this company !!

OK - I have had a reply from these guys and am trying to establish if they will replace my unit by return - will update this thread as the situation develops!!

Well they never follow up again after I wrote so a thumbs down to them.

I will live with the unit getting hot (actually I set the climate control to blow through the demister vent and everything stays cool).

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?.
Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
