2210 Invisible battery problem

Feel free to move this post but apart from "other hardware " couldn't see where to post.

Just playing with my 2210 to get experience prior to installing CP5 and it suddenly went dead. Powered on again but keeps going dead after 10-20 seconds. Battery indicator in settings shows the backup batt bar but not the main battery bar. Just AC 'cos I have to use the mains adaptor. No amber charge light when in cradle either....

HP reckon its a duff battery even though my meter shows 3.7v and are sending a replacement. I assume as they are "semi-intelligent" . Anyone else had this?

DOH!

I mean the batt is semi-intelligent not HP. I'm actually quite impressed by the service...so far.
