sync to sd card

Can naybody help me I have a problem I am unable to sync a map to a sd card , i have palm te, when i try to sync most of the map is synced but even if i leave it for hours it never synces the last mb or two

save yourself the hassle and use a card reader to transfer the maps.

I know this is an old thread, but as a newbie to the forum I wanted to confirm for anyone else looking here that this isn't an isolated problem.

I too could not hotsync large map files to SD card via a Tungsten E - it went for hours before finally giving an error. Once I think it did work, but seems to be an isolated success! I ended up getting a cheap card reader from ebuyer to get around it.

Incidentally, I emailed viamichelin about it, explaining the problem in detail. After 3 or 4 weeks I got a standard reply that merely explained how to create and sync maps to a card, when it was obvious that was what I was doing!!
