I had the Central UK map installed on my 64mb SD card. It had all my favourites insalled including my home location etc.

I now have a 256sd card and I have installed the full UK map onto it. I know how to copy my POIs over (bmp and ov2 files) but what about my 'Favourites' and any other files that may affect the look and feel I had created

Unfortunately, favourites are something you will have to re-load. As to other files they will probably have registery links to the old card so you will probably have to re-install them.

What you is to backup setting from the old card and then restore them back. Use the CD.

unfortunatley this won't work - the favorites are linked to the map (or map segment) copying the old sd card onto the new card will only make the favoureites list appear with the original map segment - hence the good idea to save as POI's - you have to put them in again by hand - my least Favorite pat of Navigator!
