Warning Trying to Save .gdb Maps

Hi, as a new owner of a Streetpilot 2610 I need a little advice.

I installed the Europe City Navigator last week and saved the maps as the old version (.mps file). I updated these a few times with no problems.

I have since updated to the latest version of Mapsource, 6.3, which now uses a different file format (.gdb). When I now try to save the maps to my 2610, I get the warning that I am about to erase pre-programmed data. Do I have a problem, ie will I lose something important, or is it simply warning me that I will lose my old .mps map?

If the 2610 is anything like the Quest, you can not update the mapset by uploading a new area onto the existing (uploaded) mapset.

You need to re-choose all your map areas in City Select and load them all to the device at the same time.
