I've got something called 'BV TTNControl' installed on my iPaq.
Is this important...?
Ooops... I've deleted it!
If it's important, how do I reinstall it?

I think it comes with add on programs that have used the TomTom SDK in their writing similar to programs like POI Warner or Checkpoint. Re-install the add on app.
