I hate it as well, just a waste of time. Once would be enough!

Unfortunately not, most of the applications have this, although some are a little more user friendly and allow you to tick a box to tell it to go away from now on.

There are some news in this area. A german guy has programmed a little applet that you need to put into the destinator directory and start instead of Destinator. It will auto-answer the nag screen and the quitting confirmation request.

How does one get the applet to to show in the Start Menu please? I have put it into the destinator directory but cannot get it to show in the program menu or start menu. Destinator does but not the destirobot.exe

in file explorer, navigate to \destinatorapps\destinator.
tap and hold destirobot.exe.
tap on copy.
then change directory to \windows\startup\programs (or wherever you want the shortcut to be)
tap on edit > paste shortcut.
Optionally rename the shortcut, and remove the shortcut to Destinator.

Though it does kick you straight out when you go to close - before you can answer "Are you sure you want to quit Destinator" which I miss!

Two versions of the program are available - the old version will not auto-answer the closing question

Tested both versions and they worked fine, but next time I tried to start destinator I got a popup saying "Unregistered version of Destinator, do you want to register?" with Yes/no-buttons. Do I just need to enter the regcode again or do I have a serious problem?

Unfortunatly it seems that I have a bigger issue.
Looks like my deviceID has changed, because it isn't the same as on my registered activation at Destinators website.

Do I need to use "Move licence to a different device" to get it to work?

Thanks for your help!

Your device ID has changed? is it a Toshiba?

Yes,transferring the license should fix the issue.
