If I'm to upgrade the Xtrack to v2 on my Clip-on (Belkin), I must first get a BT dongle. There are many to choose from, and I've heard some of the less-expensive brands have flakey drivers. I'm running XP-pro and would like some recommendations on brands and models. Does XP have built-in drivers?

I have no plans to use the dongle for other BT functions, but who knows.
TIA.

Hi I received my Bluetooth USB Dongle yesterday from Savastore.com for £14.69 inc.VAT + shipping.

See it here http://www.savastore.com/products/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=Savastore&product%5Fid=10267054&pid=5

I used it on my laptop and Desktop. You can connect up to 7 devices.

Hope this helps.

PS. I do NOT work for savastore I never heard of them till I stumbled across this Thumbs Up

I should've mentioned I'm in the U.S., as shipping might be a factor from the UK. I'll check, though, as I've bought things from the UK, Australia, etc. in the past and shipping was little more than within the U.S. Never had a problem with import duties either.

I've seen some that show a range of "up to 10m" and others "up to 100m."
The latter are usually more expensive, of course, but I can see little physical difference, although some of them have small foldable antennas.
The BToes brand that Twotonemark sited specs at "10-30m," so they've got all the bases covered!
