Calling all mio 168 owners !!!!

Hi,
Not really sure if this is the place to post this question. Sorry if its not, and i wont do it again..

Im really calling all owners of the mitac mio 168. Ive noticed when playing mp3's, after a while (15-30 mins) of playing a mp3 through the h/phones or through the built-in-speaker it starts to crackle !!!!
But if i then rewind the track back to the same part where it was crackling, then play again, its fine????? Weird....

Anyone had a similar prob?
Any ideas what the prob could be??
