Looking for utility to download tracklogs/waypoints

Can you recommend a utility that will allow me to download tracklogs and waypoints from my Garmin 72 to my PC?

Thanks for the tips. Lutz, I think your link is for updating the software in the GPS unit itself. Mapsource looks more like what I'm after, I also got a recommendation for freeware called GPSU which I've yet to try. Thanks Again.
