Hood for icN 510

When driving in very bright condition (I know this is rare in the UK!) it is sometimes difficult to see details on the map. I have made a 'Blue Peter' style hood out of black cardboard which helps. Does anyone one if a purpose made hood has been produced to fit onto the iCN 510 when in its mounting bracket.

I have tried adjusting the screen brightness to the optimum. If so could you provide details.

Now thats a good idea... could you post a pic. on the "readers mounts" section... As to your question I have not seen a purpose made hood for sale anywhere.
