CheckPOInt attachment

My HP1940 PDA came with Tomtom 3 and "CheckPOInt" already installed. There is no data for the CheckPOInt program so I have downloaded the excellent speed-camera database from Pocket GPS world but at the moment I can't get it to work.

It appears that CheckPOInt needs synchronization?

When I go the synchronization screen on the 1940 it asks for E-mail address and POIplace security code???

Any idea wher I get this info from.

Is there any other way to get Tomtom to recognise the database and put the camera data on the maps??

If you don't want to synchronise with POIplace, but just use the Pocket GPS World database, you may be better off uninstalling CheckPOInt 3 and installing CheckPOInt 2.0.2 (which you can find in our Downloads area). If you wish to contribute to the Pocket GPS World database, it's usually easier with 2.0.2 than later versions.

I use CheckPOInt 3.2 but I don't "synchronise". I download the speed camera database, pick what files I want to use and then drag & drop them to the SD card using ActiveSync
