Icon - No Show

I have created a POI database where I have input 39 POI's via the TT3 software.

Having entered the information I created a bmp icon relevant to the POI and copied it to the directory. Everything seemed to be okay until I went to the location of one of the POI's and the bmp does not appear. tapping the screen reveals the proper information at the location the POI is situated but no bmp.

To check, I re-entered the POI in to the database, closed TT3, turned off pda and started again. No icon for that particular POI. All the other locations in the dbase work perfectly showing the bmp icon except one.

I have also removed the offending location from the ov2 file and re-entered it placing it at the end as well as in the middle of the file with no good result.

Can anyone tell me why? The location is in the centre of London WC1 should that be of any help.

I had a similar problem. This was caused by me creating the bitmap to large. The recommendde size is 22 pixels by 22 pixels mine was about 30 wide changing the size to the max 22 pixels sorted out the problem

This is not the problem. The bitmaps I have created are 22x22. It shows up on every other POI I have entered except one! There are no other POI bmp's to obscure it either.
