Mapsonic upgrade to Navigator

I've got Mapsonic 1.3 running on my Palm Tungsten T3. I contacted ViaMichelin about upgrading to Navigator 2.5.2 at reduced cost and explaining that I'd already invested in their product and would they consider a discount. They were very helpful and e-mailed back the next day with a discount code to use on their website to get 50 Euros off the cost of a Navigator pack.

How did you get such a fast reply? I've emailed them a couple of times and each time it's taken around 2 weeks to get a response. In fact I'm still awaiting a response on a similar enquiry re upgrading.

I e-mailed them regarding the upgrade 0n 28/01/05 and my reply with a 50 euro voucher arrived today so about 11 days.

Who did you contact , guys? I emailed customer service in February and have received no reply apart from the automated response. I've found Via Michelin very offhand with its customers, I think I'll defect to TomTom when they sell their software without a gps(I've got 2 already).

I just registered my mapsonic with them last week recieved email within 1 week with the 50 euro offer.
