TTM questions...

OK, just transferred from TT3 to TTM but a couple of observations/questions:

Can you add the current speed to the TTM display? It's one thing I miss, coming from TT3

TT3 allowed you to miss out complete roads, whereas I only seem to be able to avoid certain junctions in TTM. Trying to pick the exact one to force a preferred route is sometimes a bit tricky.

Another quicky...can you exclude toll roads? TTM seems to be sponsored by M6Toll....
