4420 and data

Does the 4420 store data too?

Reason I ask is that it would be nice to take advantage of the 30 hours battery time and BT'ing to the iPAQ when required.

At the end of the outing downloading data to PDA or 'pooter as the case may be

I looked at some reviews but I guess I have missed any stuff about data logging

No, the 4420 doesn't log. Look elsewhere - RBT3x00, Emtac Trine, or DeLorme Blue Logger, to name a few.
