win 32 not valid

Hi all, can anyone help with this error message whwen trying to update my icn650 the error reads ,exe is not a valid win 32 application.

I don't know but I had a Win 32 error message when loading Pryme Nav software onto a Mio 168. I also had a message telling me to contact Pryme Nav technical support. I did so and had no response. Have you tried to contact Navman technical support?
