Hx4770 and TT 3.03 bt not working

Anyone using a 4770 with tt version 3?
I have a hx 4770 - replacement for my ipaq on which tt is working ok.
I can install the programs, but cannot get a signal from my gps receiver. I can connect on the bt serial on the bt setup page, but running the gps program, there is no signal from the receiver (it works ok with my old ipaq)

On installation, the program reports that it cannot replace a bt program ? dll that is in use/in rom. Is this the cause of the problem? :x

Yep - there's your problem.

Delete the TomTom GPS driver from your 4700, and then reinstall TomTom GPS 2.07 from our downloads page.

Thanks for your help. Finally got TT3 working with my 4770

I assume that there will eventually be an updated gps driver that will work with all models etc

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
