Have an XDA2 (Pocket PC 2003 PDA/phone) and visiting USA in a couple of weeks. Was thinking about getting the Pharos SDIO GPS card and using with TOMTOM NAV2. Anyone heard anything about this setup, good or bad.

I think it's bad because you won't have any place to store your maps when the SD card slot is taken. Rather take a BlueTooth receiver.

it is a good candidate for ipaq 2210 users. cf is a better memory card than sd. sdio gps is a good alternative to bt gps receivers.

I'd use a cable attachment myself: (1) SD slot is free; (2) can position GPS receiver for better sky view. This assumes all use is in-car. I can see how you might want total handheld if you were biking or walking around.
