|
|
my Ipaq 3630 screen has recently started to shimmer really badly, to the point of illegibility. I think i might need to get a new ipaq for my gps software (tomTom & memory map).
I think that some of the newer Ipaqs wont fit the navman sleeve. is this correct? Therefore can i get some help on compatability issues?
36xx series - yes
37xx series - ?
38xx series - ?
39xx series - ?
what are the new ones?
1710??? - ?
2210??? - ?
I cant seem to find any of the 3xxx series in the shops now, and my feeling is that the new models won't fit, but i would greatly appreciate some advice.

Basically you need a 2nd hand 3xxx or 5xxx for jacket support - I'm not sure about the newest models just released though. |

The h3600 "classic" iPAQ form factor was joined by the h3100, h3700, h3800, h3900, h5400, h5100 and finally the h5500, which retires this year.
The h5500 is the last classic 100-pin connector model from HP which can be used with a sleeve.
All future 'new' iPAQ's will not have sleeve compatibility. _________________ Ian.
