Tom Tom Start 60 Europe loading radar files

How do you load radar files onto the Start 60 Europe? On my old go I opened the hard drive clicked on the map and copied the 02 radar files. On the 60 I cannot open the hard drive and the community content has rejected the radar files. Can anyone please give me some advice on how to load the radar files into my tom tom start 60 europe. I am beginning to think that it cannot be done and that I have made a mistake buying it. cheers aggie
