anybody can help to know why when trying o open map , software asking to exit and restart software again. but no map loaded.

Before all this, have you exported a map segment from MAP Export on you PC...either via ActiveSync or via your card reader? Initially, there are no maps on the PDA.

I am getting the same problem.
Define map area.
Create map.
Export map, via Active sync
Then get request to re-boot, and after re-boot get same message.
Pre-defined maps work OK |

have you got the patch from the navigon site. Mine produces a customised map with no problems.

there are two ways for this problem.
the .ini-files are distroyed :-(
or write in the navlib.ini the folder of you map.
[preferences]
Last used database directory =\ ...
i hope it work.
