I have an elderly Nuvi 255, and was wondering which speed camera database I should use: Single file, consolidated or speed zoned? |

Many thanks.
And lastly...
The Nuvi 255 as I'm sure you know has a Garmin provided speed camera database already. Does the PocketGPSWorld DB replace the existing one, or do I have to turn something off on the Nuvi for the PGPSW DB to work properly? Or anything like that? |

Not exactly sure about the menu system on a 255 but if it's the same as my 2200 then via Navigation - Car - (POI submenu) you can see both sets of camera databases and a tick/untick facility for each.
I've removed my Cyclops GPI file via Windows explorer so I only see the one. _________________ Satnav:

Or might be something like Tools, Settings, Proximity Points, Change and untick Garmin Safety Cameras |

Oh good, it sounds like it ought to be possible to remove the existing one so there is no confusion.
Thanks for the help everyone. |
