Hi,

Has it ever worked before or is this your first attempt?

If it has worked before has there been a software update at all? Nothing has changed in the generated files...

I Have had this problem two or three times and have found it usually gets sorted on the next download. I have usually used a previous download until it gets sorted. My file wouldn't work this week either.

Just to confirm that you have the files in the correct structure on your memory 'stick'. Usb drive then folder called myPOIs, inside that folder a folder called myPOIWarnings then inside that folder only the excel type files, for example pocketgps_uk_sc. Only files in this folder will give warnings. If you put files in previous folder (myPOIs) you just get access to find or navigate to these. For example I have downloaded all the UK Nissan dealers here and other location sets or interest to me.
NOTE that these file names are case sensitive.
Let us know if it cured your issue.

Just to avoid any confusion....

The full name of that file will be pocketgps_uk_sc.csv (for the UK camera data).

It sounds like you may not have Windows set to show you FULL filenames, Dalek?

For info, the Speed Camera Database Installation Guide: Nissan Connect does already show the folder structure you suggested and the correct filenames of what to put in it.

--------------------------
*To show full filenames in Windows XP...
In Windows Explorer or My Computer, go to the TOOLS menu / FOLDER OPTIONS / VIEW Tab /
In the "Advanced settings" section:-
UN-Tick "Hide extensions for known file types"
(Win7 will be similar)
