Looking for Feedback from Mio Or Naveman GPS Owners

Can I get some feedback as to how pleased you are or not with either a Mio or Naveman GPS . coustomer service etc etc.

The reason I am asking this is I am considering buying a new Magellan Exploriest GPS and Magellan has been a good GPS but coustomer servise if you can call it that over the past few years has not been the best and the company has changed hands several times .

However Magellan is now owned by MiTAC Intl the same company that owns Mio and Naveman so I am trying to find out how this company handles customer support.
