Hi for some reason my TT Go 930 does not connect to the traffic chanel anymore.
I have been in touch with the idiots at TT "support" they told me that the old provider of this service has pulled the plug and now I must tne manualy to classic fm on 101.10 which i have done. This worked briefly last week but since then no joy just searching for a signal no green circle.
I still have the aerial cable fitted in same position as always in the car
Has anyone any ideas please
Thanks

If the provider had pulled the plug (presumably still ITIS) then manually tuning to Classic FM rather than letting it find the right channel (usually Classic FM anyway) would make no difference.

It is possible that a local radio station which has been transmitting TMC has stopped but the TT unit still thinks it is.

If you manually tune the TMC then when you move out of coverage of that particular transmitter you would lose the signal.

There are postings about people having problems with auto-tuning TMC in the past - maybe you need Mike Alders POI set that gives the nearest TMC transmitter and its frequency.

Would TT actually know the correct frequency for Classic FM for your area?

Just connected my rds-tmc, it shows all the usual West London problems. When I zoom out it goes as far North as Derby and South to Brighton.
