New Camera Submission

I am new to the forum so please bear with me. I travel through France down to Spain quite a lot and have just subscribed to GPS WORLD. Can someone please point me in the right direction so that I can read correctly . " How to submit a camera sighting that is new, or has not shown up on my system ".
Garmin Nuvi 5000.
I have searched through the forums but am having difficulty in finding the correct forum that will teach me how best to correctly list the actual location. prior to submitting it!!

Thanks for your assistance. I have read the information on the left and have played with reporting a sample camera. I am sure that with a little more time I will be adept at reporting when the oportunity presents itself.
