Lost trail after 4 days

Hi all

Any ideas or advise on this one………….

I have complete a 460 mile bike trip and at the end wanted to have the whole route as a trail so I could then convert it to a track showing my journey.

So at the end of each day I cleared the log (not the trail) so I could track and record each days statistics.

However during day 4 I noticed the sat map was becoming sluggish and slow to response the changes in directions etc but finished the day ok.

However when I switch on the unit the next dat the trail had disappeared so my actual journey had been lost. Disappointed is a bit of an under statement !

Only positive would be to understand why this happened so next time I could avoid this disappointment.

Would be grateful for any ideas.

Just plugged my active 10 into Satsync and found a fine on there called.......All_Tracks_Raw about 2500KB any ideas what this would contain and how to open it ?

Mike,
I believe that if you drag or copy this to your PC from Satsync (don't export) you will find it is a gpx file of the snail trail that has been collected whilst the Active 10 has been turned on (from the last time you cleared the trip log). You can view it in any appropriate mapping software, such as Memory Map.
