|
|
I have downloaded the updated post code files in zip.zip. I have connected my XL IQ Routes and then used Windows Explorer to view the files on it - but there is no folder named 'Zip', neither does a search of this drive using the term 'postal' throw up any files.
Where am I going wrong, please? |

Hi
It should only be called ZIP and should be in the root of the device, not in any other folder.

|

Ah - it appears to be missing - which is probably why I cannot do a full postcode search now following a complete reinstall due to TomTom Home fouling up the map upgrade.
If I create a ZIP folder and then copy across the postcode files for GB and the Netherlands will that do it?
BTW Thanks for the quick response |

Yes, but make sure it's named zip - all lower-case. _________________ Richard
