TomTom map data

Hi,
I have just purchased a Mitac mio 168 with the tomtom 3 software.
Overall i am very pleased with this package. However, im a little confused about the downloadable updates on the tomtom site. Does the 3.03 update actually have updated map data,i.e new roads etc. Or is it just a fix for certain ppc's??

I live in Norfolk and have found that some major+minor roads that have been opened for 2 years at least, are not on version3. So im hoping that V3.03 has some of these roads on it.
Example...The A11 snetterton by-pass and the Corpusty by-pass are not on my V3.

Map data will not be downloadable for TomTom, at least not for the standard Navigator. The updates on the web sites are only covering the navigation software itself and the GPS driver. Please report map errors to TeleAtlas.
