Hi My TT GO530t has been happily connecting and updating now suddendly I am getting device not recognised...

I've tried different usb ports but the same thing ocurs..

It is charging up ok, but when I swith it on I get USB device not recognised pop up??

Any help/suggestions please?

Cancel that..... its now working... here's the tomtom fix and it worked.

Doing a reset of the unit often fixes the problem.
