Hi guys i have done lots of serches on this and cant find much difference between the 540 live and the 940 live apart from that the 940 live has more maps ..can anyone highlight there differeces between the 2 models, any comments apreciated before i open up my piggy bank.Thanks for your comments.

Can you clarify which models you are comparing as the Subject Title differs from the message text.
530 vs 940
or
540 vs 940 |

Yep hi Paul the TomTom 540 live and the Tom Tom 940 live.My question - what is the difference between the 2 models apart from the mapping.thanks.

The 940 has 4GB of internal memory compared to 1GB on the 540.

| Another difference the 540 is not called a 940, and the 940 is not called a 540. |
