msi btoes is good ive used one for a few years

....and more to the point, the MSI BToers actually works, where a lot of the other BT dongles don't or have profile restrictions!

Is there any differnce between that one and the 100 meters version. I found a place there the 100 m is the same price as the 10 m.... uhmm

If you're BT Dongle has a 100m range then unless the other BT Device has 100m range as well you'll be limited to 10m.

FWIW I use a Belkin PCMCIA Card which works well. All the Belkin BT Adapters including the USB ones have the Widcomm BT Stack which is the best by far.

Uhm, maybe BT has extended it's coverage, but isn't 100m WiFi and not BT ? I know BT v2 was due out, but can it really do 100m ? That's more than most WiFi cards will do.

There are plenty of Class 2 dongles and adapters which advertise the 100m range that Class 2 specification implies. Class 1 devices are 10m but many more devices are now Class 2 e.g. most of the Belkin range, all the TDK BT Dongles etc.

I orderd a msi bt adapter. Class 2. Very cheap. Smile And along with it I orderd a http://secure.proporta.com/proporta/F02/PPF02P05.php?t_id=492&t_mode=des and some other pda stuff. Smile
