tomtom go720 map issues

Hi all,
i have upgraded my map in the past 3 months and have had issues with it if i use the computer voice the map does not move smoothly yes if i use a different voice i have no issues with it i know when i installed the map it did say their wasnt the space for it so delted the old map any advice would be great as i really dont want to send it off to tomtom

Can you have a look in the LoquendoTTS folder using Windows Explorer, is there as file named EnglishGB6.9.lde or LicenceCodet.tct - if so which have you got? - Mike
