2820 Phone problem

how do i answer my bluetooth phone on the 2820 while riding my motorcycle . Initally a total PHONE screen appears when the phone rings, but if the screen changes, eg. a navigation prompt will change the screen or any change from the phone screen & then I cant get back to answer the call.

I have tried pressing every button and also done a factory reset.

Hia, best thing to do is set your phone to automatically answer when it rings, then you do not need to press anything, it will ring a couple of times and connect to your sat nav and intercom. Hey presto.
