Anyone travel the A406 this morning just past bounds green?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. Someone mentioned to me that they might have seen a mobile camera on pinkham way, i.e just after bounds green on the North Circular heading towards Henlys corner. I don't usually travel with the GPS but have noticed it said mobile 50 just before approaching the tunnel where there is also a 50 camera. Was my mate being a loon? I honestly did'nt see anything and he was about 20mins after me, i usually do about 60ish there on the speedo (58mph ish) so a wee bit worried! :D
