Hi all
I have a new B2+ RDS,TMC unit for my GPS, unfortunately no antenna. Dose anyone know what type of plug is on the end of the antenna. It’s not a MMCX as on my T1 antenna, it’s more like a jack plug type?
Desperately need help in resolving this issue.
Regards,
DRP

The B2+ TMC antenna is the same as a headphone plug. Apart from that it is the same as the T1 antenna

Hi all
I have had the experience to use Navman Tec Support for the first time in many years as a GPS user.
I purchased 2008 maps from Navman, loaded them onto my N60i and lost TMC.
I posted here, but had no replies. I contacted TS and within a few hrs had a reply, this question and answers went on for many an email also a telephone conversation from them.
My experience has been a good one, talking with 4 Tec Support persons, from first level upwards. I have also been sent FOC a B2+, followed by an antenna they forgot to send with the unit.
My N60i GPS is two years old, and I was not expecting much of a response from them. But thankfully they pulled out all the stops, bells and whistles.
My N60i, works just fine, along with my T1 and new Blue tooth B2+.
I have purchased a new screen mount and car cord, having one in my works vehicle and one in my vehicle.
I have seen negative posts about Navman Tec Support over the years, but in my case all I can say is THANK YOU NAVMAN TEC SUPPORT.
Regards.
