I have just updated to the latest maps and now have lane guidance, is it possible to also get IQ Routes on a 720?
I have searched forum but not found any posts on this. |

IQ routes will probably already be working - as a quick check, plan a route then see the summary view which will say Fastest route, IQ routes (or something like that).
Check it's enabled...
Change Preferences
Planning Preferences
Tap bottom left corner button - IQ Routes
check Enable button is checked. _________________ Dennis

Thanks Dennis, it's enabled. When I plan a route Fastest Route, Shortest Route etc are available. Is an IQ Route automatic? |

When the device has planned a route on the Route Summary screen in small writting it should say something like "Planned using IQ Routes DATE/ Time"
If your display isn't saying this you will need to enable IQ Routes Change Preferences/ Planning references then press the IQ Routes button (lower left corner) and select the radio button for "Enable recommended)" - Mike |

Yes, so long as it's Enabled. Provided you choose Fastest Route option and some others I think (I'm not an expert - serves me right for beating Mikealder to the answer!!).
Probably not Shortest route or Walking or Bicycle, which go through everybody's back gardens. _________________ Dennis

Thank you both, I see it now. I did have it enabled but it's very discreet when it says planned using IQ Routes, would have missed it if you hadn't told me where to look. |
