Just upgrade to 3.03 on IPAQ 3970, had error message saying 'cannot write to \windows\ttgpseg.exe'.

I had to cancel the install but tomtom seems to have been upgrade and everything is OK.

Also, is it worth me signing up for Traffic as I am using Bluetooth GPS and this connection cannot possibly be shared?

Traffic seems to be working with out any problems for me Ipaq 3870.
The Bluetooth GPS will be using a serial connection; the phone will use the Bluetooth dialup modem.

First make sure that you have got GPRS setup on your phone, pair the phone to the Ipaq and set it as the Bluetooth dialup modem.
Setup a connection to the internet and use Internet explorer to test.
Once this is working you can start TomTom you should now be able to navigate with TomTom set a destination once the route is planned and you have a sat fix switch to IE and check that it is still working. Now you can load Traffic make sure that you also apply the update.
