Not sure if it is a coincidence but since I updated to the latest firmware that was recently released I get the following error when sending a Google map location to my device:
"This function is not yet supported for your navigation device or operating system".
I was using it quite happily a week ago.
Anyone else experiencing this? |

I mentioned it in my thread I started yesterday, 4 minutes after Andy_P started his, about the release of 8.302. So, Darren locked mine and now a million new threads have been started saying the emulator is broken! _________________ David |

No, I understand........
I wonder if the software on Boards such as this can allow an announcement something like an autoresponder in Outlook Exchange.. you know, you send an email to a person and get the autoreply ONCE that they are out of the office, or whatever ....
Well, first time I log into here after mods have created an announcement "New f/w. Emulator broken", I see it but no further log ins by me cause the announcement to appear....
Would save lots of questions and posts by individuals, eh?
Just musing, Andy. _________________ David |

Good idea but possibly difficult to implement for all the different devices. I wouldn't want announcements for the 'okey-cokey 2000' sat nav for example
Or.... just have a big sign saying 'please read some other recent topics before posting'! |
