Replacement mount for GO700

Hi all - can anyone recommend a suitable replacement mount for my GO700, to go in a Focus C-Max? I'd prefer a vent or dash mount rather than the traditional suction cup on the windscreen, however have seen issues with vents not being strong enough to hold old heavy satnavs, and don't really want to screw anything into the dash, so if anyone's got any advice it'd be much apprecitated!

Some alternatives:

Brodit holder and mount (from DSL Developments)
The Brodit pro-clip mounts usually slide into the dash surrounding the vent, rather than using the vent itself.


Carcomm holder and mount
Similar idea to Brodit.

Arcon selfadhesive and bean-bag mounts.

All the above need the docking "shoe" from the original windscreen mount.

Buybits sell similar to all the above AND the shoe itself (2 versions).

Thanks for the links, I'll check them out. As it's the shoe that's broken on my existing mount I'll be needing to buy a new shoe anyways...
