I recently got a rikaline 6010 gps reciever for use with my dell axim 5, I have plugged it in and it isnt working with TomTom navigator. Theres no response from tomtom, it just acts as if there is nothing plugged in. I have looked at some previous topics posted here and tried using a different model on the list, A box pops up saying "cannot find com port 1".

Any ideas?

Thanks

Instructions on how to use Winfast Navigator are available here
http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/winfastnavigatorppc.php

I suspect that what you are probably seeing is the COM1 re-mapped due to the TomTom ~ GPS driver installed, you may need to uninstall TomTom ~ GPS and soft reset to resolve this issue and see COM1. Or select TomTom Navigator GPS in the GPS Applet within TomTom Navigator and then in the second box select GPS Port.
