Clearing a route when you arrive at your destination...

Let me apologise if this subject has been covered else where...

I have a Go 500 and have noticed that if I program in a route, it will remain active until manually cleared.

The upshot of this is that if I switch your unit off and back on again (I use the Speed Camera Database but not necessarily with a rout planned), my Go recalculates a new route to the original destination from my current location??

Interestingly, this is not necessarily always the case (some times if simply leaves the old route on the map) and I assume that if I restart my Go at the final location it is clever enough to know that a route is not required as I'm already there. Unfortunately the next time I switch my Go on it'll recalculate a route anyway.

Obviously this is not a big problem as all I have to do is manually clear the route but I was wondering if there was a way of automatically clearing the route when you arrive at your location?

As it stands, with the current software, it's still a manual job I'm afraid.
