New Map for Beta Testers

After much blood,sweat and tears (well serious nagging Very Happy

) I finally got credited with v810 maps today. All downloaded and installed ready to test on my way home. Only took 2 weeks of emails and phone calls to the helpdesk but keep persisting Very Happy

I have rang support many time moaned,groaned and complained and have recieved nothing from them.Do I now have to sit and wait or is there anything else I can do............

My support question has been ignored, the escalated and today they have refused to help, and without any prompts they said I have to 'keep emailing the beta team'.

So they know that they are not answering my emails.... I'll get shot down for saying this but I now have no issues with running my hacked map until they decide to issue the map they have promised me back in April.

You might like to try pestering them, saying they promised you the map and even though it was released for sale to x20 owners you still haven't been given your free map.

Got this reply today from TT support so given up with them.
I will try that other email as suggested by DennisN...........

Got there in the end, and it lasts till end of December so will see if a new map comes out before then.

I think it's only fair that you Brits receiving the beta map code all head over to DennisN's house right now and each of you buy Dennis a pint at the local pub. It's the least you can do since, clearly, TT had enough of his (successful) complaining and just knew this was the ony way to stop the calls! Razz

I followed DennisN's advice and sent a moan email to them on Tuesday, got my activation code today Smile
