Can anyone tell me whether HP have improved the sound quality of their unit through any updates? This unit is superb with so many features but let down by the crap sound quality.
I have yet to connect to HP's site or download any updates and wonder whether it is worth it?

the speaker is tiny, so there's not much you can do. I have heard people connect the audio jack directly into their car (via FM transmitter, cassette adapter etc) and get much better results. _________________ Lutz

Thank again. I've updated the firmware so we will see.

just for completeness - there are ways to increase the overall volume. However that doesn't improve the quality of the sound (rather to the contrary) _________________ Lutz

The TTS voices are not good but the normal ones are fine. _________________ Samsung Mega
