Selling my Ipaq

I've just invested in a new TT Go 730T and so my Ipaq based system running TTN 5.21 is now redundant.

Can I sell my Ipaq and leave the TT application on it ? Or would I need to completely delete it from the system beforehand ?

As I understand it from previous comments...you can sell it with the lot..CD's, manuals etc., or not at all. Mind you, I've just sold an old/er PC with Windows XP on it, so I assume that I've broken the law....I await a knock on the door.
