Whilst there is a Congestion Charge Zone POI download available on this website your Nuvi still can't use it to avoid an area.

You can download the POIs from here

Correct - you can download and install the POI but the Nuvi won't use them whilst calculating a route - well at least my 660 will not.

When I visit my daughter it takes me into the congestion charge zone for about 300 yards as I need to cross Albert Bridge. I now know why - because I tried staying out of the zone and when I got to Albert Bridge I needed to turn right onto the bridge but right turns are banned Sad

So you need to apply some common sense to your route and if you see it trying to take you into the zone (there are big signs to warn you Smile ) then ignore it and see where the recalculated route takes you.

I don't believe the 310 will shows POIs whilst on route in the same way the 7xx does. From the 7xx series onwards all Custom POIs are shown at all times on screen.

You could set up a Proximity Alert for the CC POIs....
