Navman PiN 570

I have a Navman PiN 570 and have found out that Navman are not providing map upgrades.

Is possible therefore to install and run Tom Tom mapping on the Navman PiN 570.

Can anyone advise if this is possible and if the GPS system works better than the standard Navman software

This is a very late reply to a very old post , but here goes.
Yes you can run TomTom on it . I had problems with TT5 but TT6 works absolutely perfectly on the PIN570 with the built in GPS unit . I use the UK & WE map . Been on a trip to the lakes the other week and used the 570 everyday with TT .Fine bit of kit for the money too .
