POI loader help

When I use this to load custom POIs onto my nuvi 360 on the maps it displays the correct graphics for cameras but blue flags for everything else. How do I fix this ? Thanks in advance.

You need to ensure there is a .bmp file with exactly the same name as the .csv or .gpx file you are loading For example I havve the following which I downloaded from Natwest

28/06/2006 17:28 1,550 NW_Branches.bmp
20/07/2006 19:22 98,805 NW_Branches.csv
20/07/2006 19:16 2 NW_Cash_Machines.bmp
20/07/2006 19:22 149,991 NW_Cash_Machines.csv

Also be aware that the POI loader completely replaces everything on the Nuvi with the new stuff you are downloading. In effect, you cannot add to what you have already downloaded, you have to replace everything each time.
